I've been a Chase client for several years and just recently had an issue with my account I stopped by the Dyer Branch and met with Jessica-she was extremely thorough in getting my account corrected, She also monitored my account after our meeting to make sure my account was accurate. I left Chase Bank after over a decade of hassles. This particular location is inconveniently located. The bank attendants are rude. No eye contact, no greetings, no smiles and no help. I'd avoid this particular location.
