Appear to have very good quality stuff, but you'll pay higher prices than most other local furniture establishments for that quality. Delivery personnel are great.
Had a great visit. I was greated at the door and was given the BEST Service that i have ever had in my whole life at any store. The young lady that took care of us has the best hospitality and a heart of Gold. I will be back soon. Thank You.
Shopped at Groen's a few times through the years. Their store has really improved. They have a lot more to offer. Shopping experiences was very frendly.
Bought furniture for almost every room in our house from Groen's! We love everything, but especially our Flexsteel sofa and recliner. We were able to custom order our living room and dining room furniture,--which took about 8 weeks to come in, but it was well worth the wait because I know it is great quality stuff and everything matches our home perfectly. The sales team is helpful and friendly and the delivery guys were also great. I truly can't wait to go back and buy more furniture!

If you place an order for items from here, however, DO NOT expect your items to be delivered within whatever time frame your salesperson shares with you! Have twice placed orders for furniture items...and each order literally took 25%-30% LONGER from order to delivery than salesperson led us to believe things would take.
We were promised first delivery-ended up being the last delivery! Then to top it off the delivery guy left a nice dirty hand print on our new mattress. Not a great experience!
