My first and very last time I'll ever eat here. Began with poor customer service while placing multiple orders for coworkers and I. Then our entire order was completely prepared wrong when addressed Gerardo became very rude. I ordered chicken flauntas and they were extremely small, very dry, and burnt black on each end. I couldn't even eat them. The only decent thing was the salsa. Absolute worst Mexican food I've ever had.
The food is always on point. I don't care for each child's dish (from children's menu) consisting of half the plate being french fries. I gave 4 stars because of the employees. If I could rate them I'd give 2 stars.
The food is fine, but not the best. I'm really upset, because the tortillas aren't handmade anymore. Though, the carne asada is very delicious, and the horchata is very delicious. My grandma literally is obsessed with this place.
We had a Christmas party here on December 15th and I ordered the seafood plate. I do not recommend this dish. One of my dinner companions also had one of the seafood dishes and she did not like it either. My business partner had the steak and he also didn’t like it. I recommend that you order something other than seafood or steak at this restaurant. These are the first three dishes I have not enjoyed from this restaurant in over a dozen visits. I recommend the tostadas. They are great, as are their fajitas. We love this restaurant and highly recommend it, but advise against these dishes.
